Our performance pay plan is designed to generously reward your skill and efficiency. With our superior pay plans, top technicians have the ability to make $80,000 to $150,000 annually. We pay every two weeks.

• Organized Workflow: Our shop runs on a clear, structured workflow, with Client Advisors managing the job board so you can focus on your work.

• Diagnosing and repairing the most complex vehicle issues efficiently and accurately.

• Serve as a leader in the shop, mentoring and assisting other technicians to elevate the team’s skill level.

• Perform high-quality work that reflects our standard as Certified Auto Repair Specialists.

• Maintain a commitment to our structured workflow and transparent communication processes.

• ASE Master Technician certification (required).

• L1 certification (highly preferred).

• Extensive diagnostic experience with a variety of makes and models.

• A passion for self-development and continuous learning.

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
