Maintenance Technician (2nd & 3rd Shift)

Join a growing automotive manufacturing facility and help keep advanced production equipment running efficiently. We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated equipment including robots, conveyors, presses, and robotic welding systems.

Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on automated manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot PLCs (ControlLogix 5, 500, and 5000), robotics, electrical systems, and production equipment
• Repair and maintain Fanuc, Lincoln, and Motoman robotic welding systems
• Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
• Complete preventive maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns
• Support stamping, welding, and hydroforming operations while working closely with production and engineering teams

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting, robotics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automated equipment
• Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics
• Fanuc robot experience preferred
• Must have basic hand tools
• Willingness to train on day shift for up to 2 months before moving to 2nd or 3rd shift

Shift Availability:

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM or 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hopkinsville, KY.

The pay range for this position is $31.55 - $38.20/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Hopkinsville,KY.
