Our experienced design associates are trained retail professionals, many with design degrees, who are passionate about luxury home furnishings and collaborating with our clients to transform their living spaces. About the Role Our Design Associates/Sales team are responsible for generating sales and providing an exceptional experience to all customers consistent with the Natuzzi Editions brand. Responsibilities The Design Consultant is curious, entrepreneurial, and driven and should develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Natuzzi produ cts.Using product information and design knowledge, this person will highlight and explain merchandise features and benefits to clie nts.This position requires an ability to identify customer needs and problem solve, to understand and explain product features and benef its.The Design Consultant will prospect new business on a regular basis utilizing company programs and to ols.The Design Consultant will help customers in a courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested man ner.This person will have outreach and constant contact with our Trade Partners including realtors, architects and interior design ers.This person will meet or exceed personal and store sales go als.The Design Consultant will expand the customer's connection to the Natuzzi brand as well as expand the clients vision through suggesting additional items based on assessing customer ne eds.This person should be comfortable closing the sale, writing a quote and following up with custo mer.The Design Consultant will communicate opportunities in a positive timely manner and enter the clients' orders according to company policy and proced ure.This person should demonstrate an enthusiasm for des Qualifications tionsPrevious experience or education in either luxury home furnishings industry, interior design, sales or architecture prefe rred.Capacity to use and promote sales tools to support sales (eg render ing).Superior communication skills, both verbal and wri ence.Experience with a POS system and proficiency with MS Office software and web naviga tion.Attention to detail and outstanding problem-solving sk Required Skills Job Type: Full-Time We offer a very competitive benefits package with salary plus commission, as well as, following benefits ...not to mention a great company to work for and build a career! enefits401(k)Medical, Dental and Vision Employee Assistance ProgramInteresting Employee Discount for Natuzzi productsPaid T Benefits Paid Time Off Company Culture We are sure this opportunity excites you, we'd love to meet you.
