Synerfac is seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative to join our team in Reston, VA!
We've specialized in technical staffing for over 35 years and thrive on solving our clients' toughest recruiting challenges.

What You'll Do:
- Forge and nurture relationships with companies in your local area and across the USA
- Engage with prospects and clients through phone calls, in-person meetings, and various digital channels
- Develop skills in sales, negotiations, closing deals, and onboarding new hires
- Collaborate within a supportive team environment to tackle challenges and achieve shared goals
No Sales Experience? No Problem.
- We'll teach you the craft - but we can't teach drive, intelligence, or grit.
