We are seeking a dedicated Bakery Worker to join our commercial bakery team. This role involves hands-on preparation and baking of dough, followed by packaging finished products. The position requires working long shifts of 10 or more hours in a fast-paced environment without customer interaction.
Responsibilities
- Prepare dough following established recipes and guidelines
- Bake products ensuring quality and consistency
- Package finished bakery items for distribution
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in bakery or food preparation
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
