Develop presentation content, briefing materials, and other collateral to support the day-to-day functions and success of the Finance organization, most frequently for the Chief Financial Officer and Finance Leadership Team.In partnership with the Finance Leadership Team and administrative functions, develop and implement programs to support employee engagement, rewards and recognition, and morale.Partner with HR/DE&I team for enhanced hiring initiatives that promote diversity across organization; form DE&I advisory council + develop strategic initiatives/programs focused on training and development (both technical and behavioral).Partner with FP&A business partners to oversee budget management and labor governance for Finance organization.Lead ad hoc special projects where scope cuts across the Finance organization or requires dedicated support outside a given function.Perform other operational duties as required, often in partnership with the Office of the CFO, HR Business Partners, and the Finance Leadership Team.Equal Employment Opportunity We take equal opportunity seriously—by choice.T-Mobile USA, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
