Hospitalists - looking for a long-term locums assignment without required call or procedures?

This 52-week Hospital Medicine opportunity in Massachusetts offers 12-hour day and night shifts, Epic EMR, manageable patient volumes, and a full year of consistent coverage.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Board-Certified Hospitalist ready to step into an established inpatient program and work both independently and alongside experienced APPs and support staff.

THE CLINICAL PICTURE

Day Coverage

• Approximately 13-15 patients per day
• Inpatient rounding and ongoing patient management

Night Coverage

• Approximately 8-12 admissions per night
• Inpatient admissions and overnight Hospital Medicine coverage

Providers should be comfortable managing a traditional inpatient Hospitalist workload and working across multiple locations within the health system.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• MD or DO
• Board Certified - Required
• Active Massachusetts Medical License - Required
• DEA required
• Massachusetts CSR required
• Strong inpatient Hospital Medicine experience
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with APPs
• Ability to provide coverage across assigned locations
• Fellowship not required
• No procedural requirements
