Seasonal Operations Specialist

Responsibilities Support daily facility operations in Crookston, Minnesota Perform general labor duties such as cleaning, sweeping, grounds and facility maintenance Assist with weighing and dumping trucks Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading Load and unload agricultural inputs using machinery/equipment Monitor quality of inventory and control load out functions Conduct daily maintenance tasks including lubrication and inspections Deliver products to customer sites Maintain a clean and safe work environment Report customer complaints or safety concerns to supervisor Perform other duties as needed for smooth facility operations Requirements Must meet minimum age requirement 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands High School diploma or GED preferred CDL license or ability to attain one with Hazmat endorsement preferred Agriculture experience preferred Forklift certification preferred Certifications & Qualifications CDL license Hazmat endorsement Forklift certification #J-18808-Ljbffr CHS, Inc.
