As a Manufacturing Technician, you will leverage your mechanical aptitude, manufacturing expertise, and commitment to quality to assemble complex transformer components in a highly skilled production environment.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Assemble and manufacture large power transformer components according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, cranes, and specialized manufacturing equipment.
• Perform detailed measurements, inspections, and quality checks to ensure product excellence.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Partner with engineering, quality, and production teams to support on-time delivery of critical customer projects.
• Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• Min 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, Logistics, operations, customer service, or another fast-paced environment required.
• Secondary degree or education preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and technical drawings.
• Experience using precision measuring devices and industrial tools preferred.
• Exposure to manufacturing, industrial operations, constructions, warehouse or mechanical environments is advantageous.
• Experience with transformers, electrical equipment, power generation, heavy industrial manufacturing, or custom-built products strongly preferred.
