Our organization is in search of a board-certified or board-eligible Functional Medicine Physician (MD/DO) with a minimum of three years of experience for a permanent role in Durham, North Carolina. This position allows for the delivery of patient-centered, holistic care within a collaborative healthcare setting, featuring a flexible four-day work week.

Permanent MD/DO – Functional Medicine Physician

Location: Durham, North Carolina

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and manage patients utilizing Functional Medicine methodologies.
• Create individualized treatment plans that focus on lifestyle, nutrition, and integrative therapies.
• Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, patient-focused care.
• Inform patients about preventive measures and strategies for wellness enhancement.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or a related field.
• At least three years of clinical experience required.
• Possession of an active medical license in North Carolina or the ability to obtain one.
• Preferred training or experience in Functional Medicine.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong dedication to patient-centered care.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual salary range: $175,000–$250,000.
• Four-day work week.
