Senior Scientist, Pharmacometrics

Senior Scientist position focused on population pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic, and exposure-response modeling for compounds in drug development. Responsibilities include executing analyses, authoring regulatory documents, and supporting clinical study design and regulatory submissions at Johnson & Johnson.

Responsibilities

• Conduct population PK, PD, and exposure-response analyses to inform dose selection and development decisions
• Write analysis plans, reports, and define data requirements with quality control checks
• Manage pharmacometrics deliverables across matrix environment aligned with project timelines
• Present findings at internal and external scientific meetings and publish in peer-reviewed journals

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacometrics, Chemical/Biomedical Engineering, or Biological Sciences; or M.S. with 2+ years experience
• Knowledge of PK and PK/PD modeling and simulation concepts
• Proficiency with NONMEM, Monolix, and/or R software
• Understanding of drug development processes
• Strong oral and written communication abilities

Compensation: $109,000-$174,800 base
