It Business Analyst Distribution

Summary Support and enhance SAP SCE functionality across Order to Cash and related distribution processes for the Americas region, acting as a subject matter expert and coordinating with cross-functional teams and global support to meet business requirements. Responsibilities Provide second level support for SAP in the Americas for Sales and Distribution and MDM. Coordinate with local key users and global third level support for problem resolution and configuration changes. Serve as subject matter expert for OTC and related processes. Provide user support, troubleshooting, and error resolution explaining SAP processes. Manage enterprise application support following corporate standards and deliver root cause analysis for break fix work. Ensure fixes and changes do not adversely affect other processes or teams. Coordinate testing for SAP upgrades software changes and bug fixes with key users. Ensure knowledge transfer within the team organization and business for application changes. Adhere to Help Desk ticketing and resolution processes for assigned incidents. Requirements Bachelor's degree in applicable field and 3 years related work experience required. Minimum 2 years of SAP Order to Cash experience. SAP cross functional experience in Order to Cash and Procure to Pay. Knowledge of customer EDI and IDocs processing is a plus. Solid background with supply chain related business processes. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to identify and solve complex problems through research and troubleshooting.
