Are you mechanically inclined and looking for an opportunity to build your manufacturing skills? We are hiring a CNC Machine Operator for a growing manufacturer in Grafton!

CNC experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate with strong mechanical aptitude. If you can read blueprints, work with measurements, and take pride in producing quality parts, we'd love to hear from you!

STARTING PAY:

$20.00–$22.00/hour , based on experience

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Operate CNC machines to produce quality parts.
• Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and work instructions.
• Load and unload materials into CNC machines.
• Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to inspect parts.
• Make basic machine adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain production standards and accurate records.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety procedures.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• CNC experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints is required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to use or learn to use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
