Machine Operator – 1st Shift (flexible for 2nd shift)| $20/hr | Saukville, WI

POSITION – Machine Operator
JOB LOCATION – Saukville, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift
STARTING PAY – $20/hr
BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED Preferred
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Manufacturing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Load and unload tools in a production press.
- Place parts onto the worktable and remove finished pieces from the tools.
- Remove excess rubber and debris from finished parts.
- Inspect finished parts for quality and identify defects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Dependable attitude and willingness to learn.
