Practice Location:Mahoning Valley – Austintown, Howland, Poland, Youngstown, OH

Population:Columbiana, Mahoning, Trumbull County – 550,000

MD Or Corporate Owned: Physician owned

Reason for Job Opening:Growth and future retirement

If Physician is retiring, how much longer will Physician Work:3 years

Experience Requirement: Board certified, fellowship trained

Partnership Opportunity:Yes

Target Compensation:300,000 plus bonus

Bonus Opportunity: 30% when gross receipts exceed 3x salary

Relocation:$5,000

Vacation/PTO:4 weeks

Current patient volume: 4944 surgery patients in 2023

Support Staff: support for 2 surgeons in our ASC everyday Monday through Friday

Hospital Call:10 or so weeks per year

MDs on Staff:6-8

ODs on Staff:7

OD Network:Northeast Ohio

OD – patient per day expectation: 30-40

Refractive Surgery - Lasik:minimal but would be great opportunity for someone trained

Laser - O.R.: Selecta-Duet laser 704 YAGS and 142 SLTs in 2023
