Day to day, you'll be showing properties to prospective buyers, supporting the sales process from first contact through signed agreement, and building lasting client relationships through consistent and professional follow-up. First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000+

• Show properties to prospective buyers, ensuring each visit is informative and engaging.
• Collaborate with our team to generate leads and share effective sales strategies.
• Support the sales process from initial contact through to signed agreements, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consistent, professional follow-up.
• Engage in lead generation activities to expand your client base and drive sales.
• Work closely with experienced mentors to refine your sales approach and client relationship skills.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your real estate knowledge and skills.

• Real Estate License required or in progress.
• Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to engage and connect with clients.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to ensure clear and professional interactions.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships through consistent follow-up.
• Real estate license required, or actively enrolled in courses to obtain one, demonstrating your commitment to the field.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team, sharing strategies and supporting collective goals.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions and property showings efficiently.
• Willingness to engage in lead generation activities, expanding your client base and driving sales growth.
