Role Description This full-time Real Estate Agent role is a hybrid position based in Orlando, FL, with flexibility for some work-from-home activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and nurturing leads, conducting buyer and seller consultations, showing properties, and guiding clients through the entire transaction process from initial contact to closing. The Real Estate Agent will prepare and present listing agreements, write and negotiate purchase contracts, coordinate inspections and appraisals, and collaborate closely with lenders, title companies, and vendors. The role also involves building a personal brand through strategic marketing and social media, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and participating in team trainings, meetings, and community events. Agents are expected to uphold client-first communication, contribute to a collaborative team culture, and consistently pursue professional growth and performance goals. Qualifications Candidates should possess a valid Florida Real Estate License and a strong understanding of real property laws and regulations. Candidates should possess skills in real estate transactions, including residential sales, buyer/seller representation, and local market knowledge. Candidates should possess sales and negotiation skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing techniques. Candidates should possess customer service and client relationship skills, including clear communication, active listening, and client advocacy. Relevant qualifications include familiarity with MLS systems, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms. Beneficial qualifications include prior experience in real estate, mortgage, or related fields, and comfort with social media branding and content creation. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, manage a flexible schedule including evenings/weekends as needed, and maintain high ethical standards.
