Place telephone calls to patient to confirm appointments for the next day. 7. Verifies insurance eligibility. 8. Calls to confirm appointments for the next day with patients. 9. Proficient in EMR such as MDVita2000. 10. Performs other assigned duties as directed by the Manager.
