Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to join our team at our Dallas location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and glassware.
• Check identification to ensure customers meet legal drinking age requirements.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to serve alcohol in Texas.
• Strong attention to detail and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
