This role offers the opportunity to work on complex products in a quality-driven environment where reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement are essential.Key Responsibilities:Serve as a key quality resource supporting manufacturing, engineering, suppliers, and customersLead investigations into product and process issues while driving long-term corrective actionsMonitor quality performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and consistencySupport audits, qualification efforts, and quality system initiatives within a regulated aerospace environmentReview manufacturing and engineering changes to ensure quality requirements are maintainedDrive continuous improvement projects using data, statistical analysis, and structured problem-solving techniquesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical discipline5+ years of Quality Engineering experience within aerospace or other highly regulated manufacturing environmentsExperience with APQP, AS9145, or similar product quality planning methodologiesU.S. Person status required due to the nature of the products and programs supportedPreferred Qualifications:Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement experienceFamiliarity with statistical analysis tools such as MinitabExperience with process capability, mistake-proofing, and structured problem-solving methodologiesASQ Quality Engineer certification preferredIf you're interested in the Quality Engineer III opportunity, don't wait, apply now!
