Licensed Practical Nurse

The VIOS Clinic

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary healthcare team. In this role, you will provide quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being aligns with all regulations and standards. Your responsibilities include monitoring and reporting patient condition changes, and assigning duties, instructing, and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Qualifications Graduation from an accredited LPN program Active LPN/LVN license in the applicable state Preferably, at least one year of skilled nursing experience CPR certification (obtained at hire or during orientation, and maintained throughout employment) Key Skills Ability to make independent decisions when necessary Deliver competent, compassionate care Exhibit excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude This position offers shift differentials and weekend pay incentives.
