If you want to work on a team that ships real product, mentors each other, and isn't afraid to change how engineering gets done, we want to hear from you.Your ImpactAs a Software Engineering Technical Leader, you will define the technical direction for our Angular-based front-end platform, elevating the team through hands-on mentorship, architectural guidance, and a relentless focus on quality. You will own the end-to-end technical delivery of medium-to-large features—from design and architecture through to production—while partnering closely with UX, product management, and backend teams to ensure we are building the right solutions, the right way.You will lead the team’s adoption of AI-assisted development practices, establishing patterns and workflows that enhance team efficiency and long-term codebase maintainability. Your influence will extend beyond your immediate team as you contribute to shared component systems, shape our metadata-driven UI framework, and communicate architectural trade-offs and delivery decisions to cross-functional stakeholders. Success in this role is defined by a team that ships high-quality features with confidence, grows technically under your mentorship, and builds software that earns customer trust.Minimum QualificationsBachelors in a STEM field with 8+ years of experience.Experience building production web applications with Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+).Experience architecting and delivering large-scale web applications or multi-team front-end features.Experience in front-end architecture principles, including component-based design, state management, performance optimization, and design system integration.Experience with signals-based reactivity in Angular, including NgRx Signals, for scalable and performant state management.Preferred QualificationsExperience building or contributing to metadata- or configuration-driven UI frameworks that decouple data structures from presentation.
