CDL-A DriverThe CDL-A Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient transportation of freight, including both pick-up and delivery. This role is essential to daily operations and requires a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and professionalism. Drivers are entrusted with the care and operation of company equipment and are expected to represent the company positively at all times. Full-Time & Part-Time opportunities available Home every night Reports To: Operations ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesTransportation & DeliveryExecute pick-ups and deliveries in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective mannerTransport freight to and from designated locations while maintaining delivery schedulesEnsure accuracy and completeness of deliveries and documentationHook and unhook trailers, including raising and lowering landing gearPerform pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspectionsMaintain clean and well-kept equipmentCompliance & ReportingSubmit accurate daily trip reports in a timely mannerProperly use and maintain E-Log systemsEnsure Bills of Lading (BOLs) are signed and submittedFollow OSHA, DOT, state, and federal regulationsSafety & CommunicationOperate equipment safely at all timesReport accidents, delays, breakdowns, or road/weather conditions immediatelyFollow all company safety policies and proceduresMaintain a valid CDL-A licenseQualifications & RequirementsValid CDL-A license requiredStrong understanding of DOT regulations, including HOS complianceClean driving recordAbility to read, write, and perform basic calculationsWorking knowledge of vehicle safety and operation systemsMust meet U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) medical standardsHigh School Diploma or GED preferredPhysical RequirementsAbility to sit for extended periods of timeVision of at least 20/40 (corrective lenses permitted)Adequate hearing abilityAbility to bend, reach, kneel, twist, climb, push, and pull as neededAbility to lift and/or carry up to 30 poundsMust meet all CDL physical requirements
