We are hiring Welders/Fitters to fabricate and assemble structural steel components using welding equipment and blueprints.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform FCAW welding and steel assembly (1G & 2G positions)
• Read blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Measure and prepare materials accurately
• Inspect finished welds and assemblies for quality
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience with the same company preferred
• Strong welding and fabrication experience
• Experience with FCAW welding and welding positions (1G & 2G)
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Strong teamwork and reliability

Looking for candidates with stable work history (2+ years with one employer preferred) and solid welding experience.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, WA.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $32.00/hr.
