What You'll Do Guide customers through the service experience from arrival to delivery. Clearly explain maintenance recommendations and repair needs. Build trust through honest communication and transparency. Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently. Keep customers informed throughout the repair process. Handle concerns professionally while turning problems into positive experiences. Consistently deliver an ownership experience worthy of the Mercedes-Benz brand. Luxury brand experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. Computer proficiency. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Compensation & Benefits Base salary plus performance based commission. Expected annual earnings: $60,000–$100,000+ Paid vacation, PTO Days, and Training. Health, dental, and vision insurance. Includes HSA Contribution Match. 401(k) with company Match Participation.
