NOW HIRING: FORD SERVICE ADVISOR Join Our Busy, Fast-Paced Service Department! We’re looking for an experienced Ford Service Advisor who knows how to take care of customers, build trust, write effective repair orders, and thrive in a high-volume dealership service department . If you’re experienced, motivated, organized, and ready to hit the ground running, we want to talk to you! REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Minimum 3 years of automotive dealership service advisor experience Ford dealership experience strongly preferred CDK experience is a plus Xtime experience is a plus Strong knowledge of dealership service operations and repair orders Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a busy, high-volume environment Strong follow-up, organization, and time-management skills Professional attitude with a team-first mentality WHAT YOU’LL DO Greet customers and accurately identify their service needs Write and manage repair orders from check-in through delivery Recommend necessary maintenance and repairs Communicate clearly with technicians and customers Provide consistent updates throughout the repair process Maintain strong CSI and customer satisfaction Follow up with customers and build long-term relationships Work closely with the service team to keep vehicles moving efficiently WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We need someone who already knows the dealership business . This is a busy service department, so we’re looking for an advisor who can step in, handle a strong workload, and deliver an exceptional customer experience without needing to be trained from the ground up.
