Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs. Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle inspections and manufacturer guidelines. Prepare estimates and explain repair recommendations in a clear, professional manner. Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process. Keep customers informed of vehicle status and completion times. Ensure repairs are completed to the highest level of customer satisfaction. Build long-term customer relationships that encourage repeat business. Qualifications Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred. Ford dealership experience is a plus but not required. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Basic computer proficiency and experience with dealership management systems preferred. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
