What You'll Do

• Guide customers through the service experience from arrival to delivery.
• Clearly explain maintenance recommendations and repair needs.
• Build trust through honest communication and transparency.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Handle concerns professionally while turning problems into positive experiences.
• Consistently deliver an ownership experience worthy of the Mercedes-Benz brand.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Luxury brand experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Computer proficiency.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary plus performance based commission.
• Expected annual earnings: $60,000-$100,000+
• Paid vacation, PTO Days, and Training.
