No pharmacist experience required – active Pennsylvania pharmacist license required.Oxford Solutions is hiring multiple staff pharmacists for direct hire opportunities with a growing closed-door pharmacy operation in Robinson Township, PA.Recent pharmacy graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. No prior pharmacist experience is required. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in a collaborative, fast-paced pharmacy environment while gaining hands-on experience with prescription processing, pharmacy operations, and technician oversight.Schedule: Full-time, salaried Monday-Friday with rotating shifts between 7:30 AM and 9:00 PM. Rotating Saturdays, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM. Onsite in Robinson Township, PA.Responsibilities:Support daily prescription processing and pharmacy workflowProvide oversight and guidance to pharmacy techniciansReview pharmacy data entry and technician work for accuracyAssist with receiving, processing, and transferring prescriptionsHelp ensure prescription transfers are completed accurately and efficientlyMaintain patient confidentiality and proper handling of protected health informationWork closely with pharmacy leadership and team members to support efficient daily operationsFollow pharmacy procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirementsQualifications:Graduate of an accredited College of PharmacyActive Pennsylvania pharmacist license in good standing is required0-3 years of experienceRecent graduates and newly licensed pharmacists are encouraged to applyExperience in a closed-door, mail-order, specialty, or fulfillment pharmacy is a plus, but not requiredStrong attention to detail and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentThis is a strong opportunity for a newly licensed pharmacist looking to gain experience and build a long-term career in pharmacy operations.
