Your role will include:

• Providing essential social-emotional support and interventions to students, helping them overcome barriers to success
• Collaborating with teachers, families, and support staff to develop effective plans for student well-being
• Conducting one-on-one and group counseling sessions, crisis intervention, and resource coordination
• Maintaining detailed records and supporting compliance with school policies and regulations

You’ll thrive in this position if you have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (required)
• A Master’s degree in Social Work (preferred)
• A current School Social Worker PEL (required)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in school settings (a plus)
