Senior ServiceNow Developer
Location: Woodlawn, MD (Need Locals) | Onsite | W2 Only
Interview: In-person interview required
Key Requirements:
Ability to obtain and maintain an SSA Public Trust Clearance
8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
Strong experience with ServiceNow configuration, customization, and application development
Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, HAM, SAM, and Service Catalog
Strong experience with JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Workflows
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and third-party system integrations
Experience with ServiceNow data modeling, CMDB governance, and platform administration
Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
Experience with ServiceNow modules, applications, and scoped application development
Strong knowledge of Agile development and ITIL processes
Experience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience:
ServiceNow CSA, CAD, or CIS certifications
Experience with ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, HAM, and SAM
Experience with AWS Cloud Management Platform or cloud integrations
Experience with federal or public-sector projects
Experience with automated testing and deployment practices
