Senior Construction Estimator

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Construction Estimator to join our team in Baltimore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for construction projects
Analyze project plans and specifications to determine labor, material, and time requirements
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimates
Review and evaluate cost estimates to ensure accuracy and completeness
Track and report on project costs and budget variances

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimating
Proficient in construction estimating software and tools
Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
