Job Description Senior Construction Estimator We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Construction Estimator to join our team in Baltimore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for construction projects
- Analyze project plans and specifications to determine labor, material, and time requirements
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimates
- Review and evaluate cost estimates to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Track and report on project costs and budget variances
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimating
- Proficient in construction estimating software and tools
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
