Nashville Anesthesia Services is seeking a full-time CRNA to join our team at TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center and TriStar Stonecrest Medical Center.

Position Highlights Include:

• Competitive Compensation and Benefits Package-W2 and full benefits start day 1
• Wide variety of cases including General, Spine, Ortho, Podiatry, Urology, Gyn, GI, some Vascular and Neuro, ENT with some Peds
• No Cardiac or major trauma (Level 3 facilities)
• Separate OB team
• MD to CRNA 1:4 ratio
• Both Southern Hills and StoneCrest are smaller, community-based hospitals.
• Amazing physician/CRNA relationship with a comfortable amount of autonomy.
• Great work/life balance
• Reasonable call requirements with extra compensation for call shifts
• Typically off post call. Working towards guaranteed off post call as staffing increases
• The Anesthesia Care Team is comprised of 12 Physicians and 28 CRNAs

Nashville Anesthesia Service covers both TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center in Nashville, TN and TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center in Smyrna, TN. We also cover 3 surgery centers. TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center is a 126-bed comprehensive facility that has served the Nashville area and surrounding communities for more than 40 years.
