-9 ORs
-Average annual case volume 14,000
-Case mix is general surgery, ortho, GYN, pain, ophthalmology, GI/endo, cath lab
-No OB, no trauma
-No Call, no weekends, no holidays
-Care Team Model: 17 FT physicians and 6 CRNAs
