Senior Software EngineerThis Senior Software Engineer will serve as a Salesforce subject matter expert, aligning Salesforce and integrated systems with business strategy through solution design, configuration, and delivery. The role partners closely with stakeholders, vendors, and governance teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high?value Salesforce solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate business requirements into Salesforce technical specificationsDesign, configure, and optimize Salesforce solutions (automation, workflows, integrations)Lead Salesforce enhancement design sessions and prototyping effortsDevelop and maintain system documentation (data flows, workflows, integrations)Act as technical liaison for architecture and change control reviewsEnsure security, compliance, and governance standards are metSupport testing, deployment, and post?implementation activitiesTroubleshoot and resolve Salesforce production issuesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience8+ years of relevant professional experienceDeep hands?on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and integrationsStrong understanding of banking operations and financial services environmentsExcellent communication, analytical, and problem?solving skillsExperience working in highly regulated, enterprise environments
