CRS Electrical is looking for an experienced Journeyman or similar experienced Electrician with a heavy residential background.

The ideal candidate will possess a background in electrical systems and be adept at troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of electrical components in residential setting. This role requires an understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and the ability problem solve and self-manage. The Electrician will work directly with other trades and homeowners to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Duties

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential homes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine layout of wiring systems a plus.
• Efficiently schedule and monitor workflow with homeowners and construction companies.
• Ensure compliance with NEC standards during all installations and repairs.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople/homeowners on projects
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a residential electrician.
• Journeyman License either Residential or Full Journeyman
• Familiarity with NEC regulations and ability to apply them effectively in the field.
• Proficiency in reading schematics and technical documentation related to electrical systems a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other relevant equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
• A strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety practices on job sites.
