And because we want to make sure you Shine, you will be able to enjoy our services for FREE!Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hourBenefits include 401(k) matching, bonus based on performance, dental insurance, employee discounts, flexible schedule, health insurance, opportunity for advancement, training & development, and vision insurance.Tasks and responsibilities include monitoring and managing daily operations of the salon, leading by example in all company operations, maintaining a professional and clean salon environment, establishing clear goals and objectives for team members, providing coaching, training, and feedback to improve team members' daily performance, generating sales reports, maintaining inventory, assisting with other salon director functions, and helping to maintain proper staffing levels to ensure maximum productivity and excellent customer service.Experience required includes management and/or sales experience, basic computer skills, ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment, knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices, problem-solving and organizational/planning skills, strong leadership skills, team building skills, and ability to prioritize and delegate.Physical requirements include ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, ability to bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment, ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes, ability to bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc. from the floors, and ability to perform salon cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.
