Full Time Seattle, WA, US Salary Range: $22.50 To $24.00 Hourly Bonavista Real Estate Management is hiring a Day Porter to keep our Seattle apartment communities clean, safe, and presentable. You will clean and maintain building interiors and exteriors, handle trash, recycling, and yard debris, and keep common areas ready for residents and prospective tenants. We are looking for a hard-working, organized, self-motivated individual who takes pride in the condition of the properties they cover. Because the role covers multiple apartment properties in Seattle, reliable transportation and current auto insurance are required.
