Join our team as a Traveling Field Service Technician! This is a predominantly field-based role requiring 75–80% travel. Most installs will last 5-8 days, including a weekend. About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring Please note: this is a customer‑facing role, and requires compliance with customer policies and protocols, which may include COVID‑19 vaccination and other measures relating to COVID‑19. We’re Looking For a Dedicated Individual With High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent + 1–2 years of technical or field service experience. Basic understanding of internet/network environments. A strong mechanical aptitude Ability to complete the 20‑day PDIF training. Willingness and ability to travel extensively (75‑80%), including overnight stays typically lasting up to a duration of 2 weeks. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active for most of the workday. Comfortable with shift work, installs will involve Overtime and weekend work. Travel Note This role is predominantly field‑based and designed for technicians who enjoy being on the road most of the time. It is not intended to be a service position in local city. In accordance with applicable law, we are providing the anticipated rate for this role: $21.50 - $30.75 hourly.
