Job Details

Roles & Responsibilities - Project Manager:

• Manage full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time and within budget
• Lead project documentation, schedules, and cost tracking
• Champion safety and quality on-site

Desired Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial construction PM experience
• Proficiency in Procore or similar project management software
• Strong financial acumen and subcontractor management
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• Applicable project experience includes commercial, multifamily, churches, schools, retail, big box grocery), and car washes.
• Experience with carpentry a plus
• Prior field experience a plus
