Salesforce Senior Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Salesforce Senior Consultant based in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful Salesforce consulting engagements for enterprise and mid-market clients.
You will combine solution design expertise, project leadership, and client advisory skills to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
As a senior consultant, you will take ownership across the project lifecycle, from requirements and planning through implementation, adoption, and delivery.
You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, shape effective solutions, and build long-term client relationships.
The position also provides an opportunity to lead delivery teams, mentor colleagues, and influence best practices across complex engagements.
You will operate in a collaborative, client-focused consulting environment where autonomy, communication, and technical excellence are highly valued.

Accountabilities

• Own and successfully deliver Salesforce projects across small, mid-market, and enterprise scopes, maintaining accountability throughout the complete project lifecycle.
• Lead project teams and coordinate delivery activities through effective delegation, communication, prioritization, and collaboration.
• Own key project workstreams, driving requirements, priorities, dependencies, timelines, and delivery while maintaining alignment between client and internal teams.
• Consult with clients to understand business challenges, recommend appropriate Salesforce solutions, and secure stakeholder alignment and buy-in.
• Develop trusted relationships with key client stakeholders by gaining a deep understanding of their organizations, objectives, processes, and priorities.
• Provide strategic guidance on Salesforce capabilities, helping clients optimize business processes, improve adoption, and maximize the value of their platform investments.
• Facilitate client workshops, demonstrations, project meetings, and status reviews to ensure transparency, alignment, and effective decision-making.
• Monitor project delivery and help ensure solutions meet agreed business objectives, quality standards, and client expectations.
• Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to their professional development and fostering a culture of collaboration and delivery excellence.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen and expand client relationships through trusted advisory services and value-added recommendations.
• Travel as required by client engagements, with expected travel generally ranging from approximately 25% to 50%.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional Salesforce consulting experience.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud is required.
• Strong ability to define, evaluate, and guide high-quality solution designs on the Salesforce platform.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects, workstreams, client relationships, requirements, priorities, and delivery expectations.
• Proven leadership capabilities, including experience guiding teams and coordinating cross-functional resources.
• Strong client-facing communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into practical, scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Familiarity with Scrum, Agile, or similar project delivery methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills, accountability, autonomy, and ability to operate effectively in a collaborative consulting environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Ability to travel approximately 25–50% depending on client requirements.
• Ability to meet applicable employment eligibility and authorization requirements for work in the United States.
