Senior Salesforce Administrator

Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Salesforce Administrator for a fully remote, full-time position, who will manage the administration and evolution of Salesforce and related sales systems, ensuring data integrity and effective user experience across cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Own end-to-end Salesforce administration, including advanced configuration, security settings, and user roles Define and maintain customer and funnel metrics, ensuring data hygiene and accuracy in reporting Oversee integrations and system architecture, supporting third-party integrations and minor development efforts Required qualifications Minimum of 5+ years in Business Systems, RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or similar technical operations roles with hands-on Salesforce administration Deep Salesforce data fluency, including knowledge of the object model and ability to write SOQL Experience with integration between Salesforce and adjacent platforms, including field mapping Strong governance discipline with a focus on documentation and data hygiene at the point of entry Ability to navigate ambiguity and turn open-ended business questions into effective systems
