We are seeking a motivated healthcare professional, passionate about integrative medicine, preventative healthcare, committed to advancing patient outcomes through compassionate, comprehensive care.

Duties

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews to establish accurate diagnoses.
• Manage a wide range of medical conditions that fall under primary care, urgent care, hormone therapy and more.
• Perform procedures such as suturing, IV insertion, wound care and dermal fillers with precision and adherence to sterile techniques.
• Administer medications and injections following proper protocols and HIPAA regulations.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation, order entry, and patient data management. Experience with Cerbo a plus.
• Coordinate care plans with specialists in gastroenterology, geriatrics, cardiology, behavioral health, and other disciplines to ensure comprehensive treatment.
• Provide telehealth consultations and triage services to extend access to care for remote or underserved populations.

Skills

• Some level of functional or integrative medicine experience with a passion to expand knowledge.
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems for efficient documentation and patient management.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, and diagnostic evaluation techniques.
• Experience in a clinic setting with primary care, urgent care and some integrative
• Skilled in medication administration, CPT coding for billing purposes, ICD coding for diagnoses (ICD-9/10), and utilization review processes.
• Excellent patient assessment skills with a focus on pediatrics and geriatrics
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration within multidisciplinary teams and educating patients on health coaching strategies.
• Ability to work with a train support team with varying experience.
