Territory Manager-Wichita

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Actively develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, networking, and cold/warm calling on businesses near existing customers.
- Conduct regular face-to-face sales calls on both new prospects and current customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with company standards and training.
- Accurately complete and submit daily business reports, including sales orders and prospect activity.
- Effectively present and demonstrate products and services to existing and prospective customers using sample boards, product demos, and the mobile store.
- Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, marketing materials, and full functionality of the mobile store at all times.
- Keep customer records up to date in the company CRM system, including contact details, notes, addresses, and relevant information (updated daily).
- Provide and maintain a fully insured personal vehicle, along with fuel, maintenance, insurance, and required technology (tablet, iPad, and mobile phone) necessary to effectively manage the assigned sales territory.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Outside industrial sales experience preferred, especially in route or industrial sales
- Proven history of goal attainment
