Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Boulders Resort & Spa Scottsdale is looking for a full-time hourly position, in office Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join their Sales team! As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator , you’re not just supporting the event booking process – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day: Provide exceptional client service: Take and assist with entering and responding to client inquiries, manage calls, emails, provide timely, professional support throughout the group booking process. Liasson with Marketing and PR as directed. Support the process: Motivated self-starter that will assist with scheduling client meetings and site inspections to deliver a seamless guest experience. Send proposes or other client communications as directed. Coordinate logistics: Input and update event details in booking systems, coordinate site visits, and arrange VIP services and amenities. Prepare and distribute documents: Enter leads, create contracts, diagrams, support with weekly and monthly reports, input final group pick up reports, group and media site alerts preparation and guest interaction. Stay organized and detail-focused: Prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and maintain accurate records to support high-quality service and operational efficiency. Team focused: Excellent customer services internally and externally. Work in alignment with all resort departments. We are a dynamic fast moving sales and marketing team and are looking for a new team member that can pivot quickly and a contribute to the overall success of the Resort. Requirements: Prior Hospitality experience required 2 years. Previous Hilton experience a plus.
