Optima Medical is an Arizona-based medical group consisting of 34 locations and 150+ medical providers who care for more than 120,000 patients statewide. We go beyond primary care with a full spectrum of services including cardiovascular health services, behavioral health, allergy testing and immunotherapy, in-house lab testing, imaging, chronic disease management, and other specialty health services.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and improving marketing campaigns across all channels.
• Monitor performance trends across campaigns and recommend optimizations.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data to deliver actionable insights.
• Coordinate all community events.
• Assist with social media accounts with strategic posting and engagement.
• Evaluate opportunities for partnerships and sponsorships on an ongoing basis.
• Attend local events, job fairs, and career fairs.

Skills

• Marketing experience preferred.
• Strong analytic skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Solid experience with social media including blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
• Positive, energetic attitude.
• Great people skills.
• Strong communication skills.
