What You Will Do as a 2nd shift Distribution Manager: Manages departments within the assigned distribution center ensuring adequate staffing levels Manages 7 - 10 hourly supervisory staff members engaged in operations to include: Maintaining distribution schedules to ensure our adherence to customer and company requirements such as cost and quality Physical and systematic product receiving and replenishment Inventory accuracy - confirm inventory information matches the physical inventory quantities of the warehouse by recording and reporting data metrics Ensure quality defect rates remain within acceptable range Measurement of daily and weekly workforce KPI's Continuous process improvement objectives Safety policy compliance Budget planning and review responsibility This is a second shift position.
