Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked as a team member and also had a background in education. That experience helped shape my passion for teaching, coaching, and developing others within the insurance industry. I’m a graduate of Missouri Southern State University, married with a baby, and our office includes two dogs, Ginger and Piper, who bring a fun and welcoming energy to the team. I’m also a certified scuba diver and have a love for jellyfish, which adds a unique touch to who I am outside of work. I’m very active in the community as President of the Leavenworth Rotary Club, and I stay involved through local events and by sponsoring a soccer league. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Qualifications Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities.
