What It Takes to Win in This Role

Client Engagement

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for investment-related service requests, delivering white-glove support to remote and multi-entity households.
• Manage onboarding of accounts tied to investment activity, including trusts, LLCs/LPs, donor-advised funds, and institutional accounts.
• Prepare investment review materials and close out client follow-up items.

Investment Advisor Support

• Execute investment operations workflows across private fund subscriptions, capital calls, distributions, and alternative investment onboarding.
• Coordinate with custodians and oversee wires, transfers, and money movement.
• Support the Investment Advisor with portfolio updates, allocations, and modeling.

Coordination and Operational Excellence

• Keep the Relationship Lead current on investment activity so transactions and reporting align with the client's broader planning strategy.
• Support family office initiatives involving investment activity, such as charitable funding and liquidity planning.
• Oversee account openings, titling, compliance documentation, and CRM records.

What You Bring to the Table

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years supporting ultra-high-net-worth, private wealth, or family office clients at an RIA or trust company.
• Experience working with custodians, with Charles Schwab preferred.
• Experience with reporting platforms such as Orion, Black Diamond, or Addepar, and CRM proficiency in Redtail or Salesforce.
• Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and command of complex operational workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of alternative investments, private funds, and capital calls.
• Familiarity with trusts, LLCs, LPs, and multi-entity wealth structures.
• Experience with investment-related legal or tax documentation.
