What you’ll be doing Develop client accounts and generate new business through candidate and client leads, referrals, and various marketing methods. Partner with clients to analyze hiring needs, determine the best recruiting methods, and create and deploy client- and role-specific strategic recruiting strategies and client marketing initiatives. Stay abreast of leading industry trends and recruiting best practices. Build and maintain subject‑matter expertise on target industries, clients, and roles. Screen resumes and conduct behavioral‑based interviews and competency‑based evaluations. Provide guidance and negotiate fee agreements with clients; complete appropriate correspondence for each placement. Nurture continued account development for generating new business. Tour clients’ offices to gain a full understanding of client goals and objectives. Generate direct‑hire fees per budgeted goals. Enter and track assignment and candidate data in various tracking and order systems. Create and execute temporary employee programs. Build and maintain relationships with both passive and active candidates. Establish and maintain a network of industry contacts through professional associations and networking organizations. Develop relationships with key clients and business leaders. Respond to and address a variety of candidate, temporary employee, and client inquiries. Complete candidate hiring and onboarding processes in accordance with client and organizational requirements. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned. About you Minimum of three (3) years of experience recruiting top‑tier, mid‑to‑senior‑level candidates or relevant industry experience. Bachelor’s degree OR five (5) years of professional work experience. Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service. Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions. Ability to demonstrate business acumen and market insight. Knowledge of and ability to interpret and understand employment‑related laws, rules and regulations. Knowledge of and ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems. Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices and methodologies. Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
